CRYSTAL CLEAR MINISTRIES - 2006 Newsletter

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Crystal and I are happy and blessed to be serving the King of kings and Lord of lords!

On Dec. 27, 2005 I was admitted to the Red Deer Hospital having chest pain. Dec. 30th, on the way to Calgary to have an Angiogram, I had a heart attack. When I arrived they took me to the operating room and did the Angiogram and then an Angioplasty. The heart surgeon said one of my major arteries was blocked and I was very close to having a fatal heart attack. “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans: 8:28

The Lord is so good to me! I could have had the heart attack anywhere, and at anytime but God chose to let me have it while I was in medical care. I’m going to be better than fine!

In the last 12 years we have had a very busy lifestyle traveling North America singing and preaching. We have seen God move in thousands of people’s lives: salvations, recommitments and people being delivered of various vices and bondages. We are witnesses to JESUS setting the captives free, healing the sick, giving people a solid foundation for life, and then living a God-fearing life in power, filled with the Holy Spirit.

Romans 10:14 says: “ How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?”

When Crystal comes to town to sing her beautiful songs about Jesus and His love, many people come out to hear her that have never been to church, ever! And it is common for us to hear the phrase “I have not been in church for years.” Praise the Lord, they come and they hear a ‘Crystal Clear’ message!

On the weekend of January 22-23, 2006, we saw 12 people come to know the Lord in southern Alberta. Praise the Lord! Regardless of the devil’s plans to rob, steal and destroy, God is still in the life changing business and doing a fantastic job!

The Fall of 2005 was a busy trip to the Maritimes and it was very successful!! Crystal’s dad accepted Jesus and that was a major prayer answered for us last year, along with many others who received Jesus. Now, we are home and the doctors want me to take a few months off so my heart will heal and I can have my gall bladder removed as well.

What the Lord has allowed me to go through is small compared to some people. It has caused me to re-focus and realize that life is very fragile and short, so we need to make the best of it while we have opportunity.

Lower Cape United Baptist Church in New Brunswick

In 2005 we traveled across America 4 times and witnessed the power

of God moving in people’s lives. At the same time we were alarmed at the apathy and complacency in churches and in Christians who seem to have lost their zeal for the Lord. Our focus and commitment to Jesus is not what it could be and many churches seem to be in survival or defensive mode when they should be on the attack. (many churches, not all!) The Great Commission is not a suggestion and good intentions or lip service go no distance with God.

God has given me a real boldness to tell it like it is and we do not apologize for the truth, especially, when it is from the Word of God. Heb. 4:12 says “For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

I believe God has been raising up fearless men and women of God to count the cost and serve, rather than be people pleasers and promise breakers; ministers who are not afraid of preaching the Gospel to win the lost while encouraging and challenging believers to do the will of God through the Holy Spirit.

Nursing Home in Moncton, New Brunswick Fall 2005

Here is an old picture of our son Zach operating the soundboard. Many people ask about him. He is doing wonderfully, loves the Lord and still travels with us from time to time.

Our other son, Herb Jr. is married now to our beautiful daughter-in- law, Cheryl, and we are now grandparents!! Our grandson’s name is Herbert Ethan Taylor….yes another Herb, a beautiful gift from the Lord!!

Herbert Ethan Taylor

Ethan is 10 months old and he is a healthy, happy, beautiful boy. Crystal is a wonderful grandmother and I’m so happy to be a grandfather. We look forward to the days ahead watching him grow up. Please pray with us for God’s protection and anointing on his life and that he will love the lord and serve Him always. Herb Jr. and Cheryl both love the Lord, and are living in Lacombe, Alberta.

God has gifted me in the area of evangelism and teaching, and has given Crystal a musical gift to SING OUT the glorious gospel. With her 8 CD’s including her latest release, NEXT DOOR TO JESUS, countless lives have been touched. Check out her new release on our web site: www.crystalclearministries.com

This morning I received a phone call from Pastor Muazzam John from GPC Ministries in Karachi, Pakistan. GPC stands for GO Preach Christ! They are praying every day that God will bring Crystal and I to Pakistan some time this year. They want Crystal to sing her songs in their native tongue, and she is willing to do her best ….. but I hope they realize I’m only preaching in English!

Ministers of GPC Ministries in Pakistan with Pastor Muazzam John

We are willing to go there and assist the churches by holding crusade meetings and serving them the best we can in love. We would need financial help to do this. Whenever the Lord leads us in a new direction it is cause for great excitement in us. Although the unknown can be a scary thing, I choose to believe it is a “spiritually liberating blessing!” Look at the faces in the picture! I can’t wait to give each one a hug and a kiss!! These are our brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ!

We are always asking the Lord to move us out of our comfort zone and recently I have been asking the Lord to expand our borders of ministry as well. Pakistan does seem to be a mission field where the harvest is ripe but the laborers are few!!

While I am regaining my strength would be the perfect time to prepare. They originally wanted us to come to Pakistan this March but that will be too soon. It depends on my recovery and the gall bladder operation, but we will pick a tentative date soon.

Funds that are released to any Kingdom ministry comes from the Lord and we are truly grateful for your ongoing support to us. We are now praying that the Lord will put more people in our path who have a heart for the lost and can help us financially to do what God has gifted us to do. Don’t forget, we are in a spiritual battle and the devil does not want to see the Kingdom of God grow and flourish. He can use the love of material things, or personal priorities or any number of nice sounding things to distract believers from investing in the worldwide mission of the church. Will you go the distance with us and be a part of a “go and do” ministry? Do you know of anyone else who would want to partner with us?

There is a price to pay in time, energy, and finances to accomplish any worthwhile goal. Some plant, some water, and some reap, but we know it is God who gives the increase. The question is, who is planting, who is watering and who is reaping? We all need to do something. Together we will continue to make a difference in bringing men and women to true repentance and the joy of eternal life.

“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, all authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen! Mathew 28:18-20

Crystal and I host an appreciation dinner annually for our wonderful supporters of Crystal Clear Ministries. It is generally a seafood chowder meal and these people pictured above are the donors of the lobster, Eldridge and Cindy Garron! They are dear friends and faithful servants. Little Frank, just above, and two other boys, Wyatt Stark and Hayden Titus, were saved the night we ministered at their church. Back right is pastor Archie Leach, & Eldridge’s sister, Maureen Swift is in front of him.

Here are some of our prayer requests:

1. Pray that we would be sensitive to God’s will and direction for our lives and ministry.

2. Pray for good health for both of us, especially my heart attack recovery and gall bladder removal coming up soon.

3. Last year when we did our latest recording, we ordered additional CD’s. The factory was supposed to get them to us by Sept.7, 2005 in time for our Fall Tour. They were delivered Dec. 23, 2005 after we got home. We owe Nashville $4,500.00

4. Pray that we can receive compensation for our stolen trailer. It was a Hallmark 8’ by 16’ and was stolen last October. There was approximately $24,000 worth of stuff inside: our sound system, winter clothes, tools, and much more. The trailer was not insured, and the contents, we are not sure of. Also 1,700 of Crystal’s music cassettes and CD’s were taken and we know these were not insured!

5. Pray for the sale of our tired motor home. We still have a repair bill of $4,300.

6. If we are going to continue to travel and minister for long periods of time, we are going to need a different motor home. Living with people night after night is a blessing, but exhausting! We really do need more private time to rest and prepare for ministry.

7. Pray for living expenses while Herb is recuperating.

NEWSLETTER

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus

Happy New Year!!!!

First of all we want to thank you for all your prayers and financial support we received in this last year! Both Crystal and I feel we are very rich with friends and the friends God has allowed us to have, they have a real heart for evangelism. We have seen more people come to know Jesus this last two years than all the previous nine.

We are into our 11th year of being on the road full time singing and preaching the glorious gospel! It is such a privilege to be bearers of Good News!!

We are in Minnesota now ministering and on the way to Texas eventually to do ministry with a number of churches. We have never experienced such cold in the motor home and our little furnace is barely keeping up.

Unless we get a different motor coach we will not be doing another winter tour, it is just too cold for the motor home. (And us too) Our furnace has failed us a number of nights this winter and it has been like sleeping in a tent in the dead of winter! Crystal has been wonderful with all the problems we have been having. She never complains!!

We finished off our spring tour in Montana /04 and it was wonderful, we have grown to love Montanans and the culture, not too different from Alberta. We were home the first part of July and it felt good!! We took some time to get to know our new to be daughter in law and we needed to take a little rest from being on the road for 10&1/2 months. We did a few things in the summer, singing during the Calgary Stampede, a short ministry trip to Salmo, B.C., attended a leadership conference in Calgary Alberta and we showed some good friends around who came up from Kalispell, MT.

Crystal and our good friend Eve Bews took 2&1/2 months to work on income tax..good- bye summer!! I worked on the motor home trying to get it ready for the fall tour. On Sept.24 we had our 10th anniversary celebration of being in full time service for the Lord. We did this at our annual fundraiser for the ministry. It was a wonderful time, our family and friends responded to the call wonderfully! Abe and Marge Zacharias were our special singing guests this year and as always, they were wonderful!! They are some of the greatest people you will ever meet!!

Our private chef Steve always outdoes himself and his ability in the kitchen is always a great surprise to me and all the others who come to enjoy the night.

We had a silent auction, great cowboy meal, door prizes, and lots of great music, slide presentation, testimonies and more. It’s a full night of great fun and ministry. Try to make it next year!! We will post the date of the upcoming fundraiser on our web site. Check it out form time to time.

On Oct. 16 our first born, Herbert Jason married Cheryl Friesen.

Herb, Crystal, Herb Jr., Cheryl, Linda & Gene Friesen

Zach was taking the pictures and he is doing very well!

It was a wonderful wedding and we are having fun getting to know Cheryl and her wonderful family.

In the fall of 2004 we toured British Columbia and seen many people accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Twelve salvations at youth night during our revival in 100 Mile House B.C., another 12 in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island. Almost every service we had there were a number of salvations. We had such a good response to the gospel there that we are hoping to go back to BC in the spring of 2006 to do a number of revivals in many churches in the Vancouver area and on the Island.

We left Alberta on December 27th for the States and traveled in very cold weather conditions for a number of days. We had a major breakdown in North Dakota and needed to be towed. Two tow trucks, one for the motor home and one for the trailor. We were repaired and on the way in good time, praise the Lord. Everyone was very helpful especially a town policeman. He spent the entire day with us making sure we were OK and warm enough. As we were heading east we were bucking the wind for days driving in ice and snow in very cold weather conditions. We got about 4-6 miles to the gallon. We arrived New Years Eve in Bemidji, MN a couple of hours before Crystal was to sing. It was a good time. Sunday morning we ministered at Ridgewood Baptist Church, you can go to their web site and hear the message I preached Sunday am. There were 8 saved in the am service. (Jan.2/05) Sunday evening we were in Laporte, MN and had a wonderful service where we seen the Lord move again in a powerful way. We were there last year in a mini revival and while we were there this time we received a good report on how God has been moving in the lives of the people there .We prayed for one woman who had injured her arm and hand falling on a piece of ice. The doctor told her he was going to operate. We prayed that God would heal her and that there would be no operation needed. Her report was that she is playing the piano now and as a matter of fact she played the night we ministered there and her doctor said her healing was more awesome than awesome. Praise the Lord!! This was very encouraging for us. But think what it did for her! After our service in Laporte it took us 3 days to get the motor home started. Every place we have been this trip we have broken down. We left the coach running for two days just because we were afraid to turn it off. We broke down in Boone Iowa where there were 4 saved on a Friday night. We rented a car for the weekend and drove to Orrick, Missouri for 2 services. There were 4 salvations Sunday evening. Pastor Klay said, “ If you ever get discouraged just remember this night!” Monday we drove back to Boone Iowa to fix the starter and head back south again. Now in Oklahoma we pulled into the church here and the coach would not start again, I found out it was not the batteries but one of the continuous solenoids that needed to be replaced. Our heating system needs some work too, every time we turn on the water we loose our furnace and stove????

We have put approx. $18,000.00 of repair work into the motor- home this past summer.

We still have an outstanding bill of $6,500.00 Please make this a matter of important prayer. (The worn out motor home and the need to pay this bill ASAP)

From here we are heading south and eventually ending up in Texas to do some revival work and then back up to Oklahoma for more revival work. We will be home the first part of March. Please keep on praying and especially pray that the Lord will give us a different motor coach. This one needs to be replaced real quick.

Please pray for direction concerning the spring and summer. We plan on doing a 10-year anniversary tour of the Maritime Provinces this coming fall and a tour in British Columbia the beginning of 2006. Prov. 3:5&6

March 8 2004

Praise the Lord! I want to begin by telling you that the Lord is Good! He is able and willing!! We are honored to be used of God to be the bearers of "Good Things". Romans 10:14&15 "How then shall they call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: " How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!" Here we have 4 questions, and we can answer them a variety of ways,

There are countless people searching for answers; there is a spiritual void in every life that God can only fulfill! People are looking for something to believe in and Jesus is the answer. 1 Peter 5:8&9 says " Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, be steadfast in the faith......" I want to stop there and make a point. People who are lost have no protection against the enemy! Without Jesus they are his. The devil will pull out all stops to keep them in a lost condition and devour ALL without Jesus Christ.

That's why they need to HEAR, TO BELIEVE, to be SAVED and come under GOD'S PROTECTION and live a life that is reflecting the Glory of our Savior.

Crystal sings a song " You're Hungry." The song's message is that people are hungry but they do not know what for, but Jesus is the answer. Crystal wrote that song mainly for our Wal-Mart ministry but everyone needs to hear how to be saved!

How can they hear without a preacher, God has equipped Crystal and me for a ministry to win the lost. For ten years we have been traveling all over North America preaching and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. Ever since we were in our early teens we knew God had a call on our life.

We did hear from God and He did send us out by faith as a family and as a team to be laborers in the ripe fields for harvest. Praise the Lord we have seen many come to Jesus. We want God to receive all the honor and glory!! It's all Him and for Him.

As far as our services are going, God is moving in a powerful way. Almost every service people are accepting Jesus and many more are being revived. In most cases half the church is making fresh commitments to follow Jesus afresh! And we are getting information back that the new converts are being baptized and entering into discipleship classes. It's easy to measure one's church growth with new converts but I believe we need to count the ones that have been discipled. The Bible tells us to go and make disciples!

We are in Iowa at the present and we are slowly heading West. On our web site you can check out where we are going to be next. More bookings are coming in all the time and please remember Kathy Simmons our US booking cordinator. She needs a great amount of prayer while she contacts the churches and she talks to many, many, churches. Please pray that churches will take a step of faith to have us come and that God would continue to bless our services with won souls and revived believers.

Now, we need some help folks. Our finances have come under attack. The devil is trying to stop us because God has blessed our ministry with a multitude of converts and also Christians are waking up and becoming a real threat to the devil! We are praying for a financial miracle and perhaps you can help. We want to be in the center of God's will for our lives and right now we know we are. For 10 years the Lord has run the ministry by faith. We have had some wonderful help periodically and many of you have answered the call in the most gracious way. Since Dec./03 we have been operating on a shoe-string and something needs to happen. We have had breakdowns on our motor-home and there needs to be repairs now. We are falling behind in our financial commitments back home and this has become a distraction to us as well. Our offerings have been very low and what is needed to come in to support us while we are on the road has not come to pass. It is like we are on a mission trip this tour and we need help to fund the ministry to continue. There is an immediate need. Please prayerfully consider what God would have you do. This request only comes through much prayer and direction of the Lord and of course a great love for the lost. We cannot do this on our own, we need and welcome your involvement.

November, 24. 2003

Dear friends, Praise the Lord!! It is a beautiful day here in the beautiful State of Vermont. The weather here has been a blessing especially since our motor home is not insulated. The temperatures have been above freezing mostly and we only had one snow storm to deal with and we got through it just fine.

We are booked here in the East lightly and would prefer to be a little more busy however we are learning that what we are doing is not a practical thing and to be led by the Spirit of God one needs an enormous amount of patience and trust. The Word tells us not to be anxious for anything, not to lean on our own understanding but to fully trust in God and His promises. It is an easy thing to do when things are going well!! With the few bookings we do have we were canceled at the last minute this last Sunday, the 23rd of November in the morning. I thought you've got to be kidding but maybe God has something else in store. He did!

I called the pastor of our next meeting to touch base from Brookfield where we had a wonderful service and saw four people come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. I talked to pastor's wife where he was recovering in bed from sickness.( please pray for a quick recovery for pastor Dana) I had mentioned that we were available to do the service on Sunday morning and she put me on hold for a moment and asked her husband if he wanted me to preach in the morning service. The message was no but thank you and we are looking forward to your ministry with us Sunday pm. I responded with, if you change you mind all l need is 2 minutes notice and we will be happy to minister Sunday am. I said we would be there for church with you anyway. When we arrived Karen met us and said the Pastor is not well can you take the service and we said "you bet!" The pastor was not able to preach however he wanted to attend the service so we put two tables side by side and put a mattress on the table so he could see and be apart of was going on. I said Lord, do you want me to preach on the paralytic?.. No one was expecting us to be there and with the pastor there flat on his back on two tables on a mattress! We had a wonderful service, Crystal sang one of her songs, "Thank you Jesus" It was powerful. The Lord gave me a very powerful message and at the end of the service the altar was full of people wanting prayer for a variety of things but the most requested was to pray for lost love ones and those who turned their back on God. We prayed believing and trusting in the Lord.

This Sunday evening there was an excitement in the air, I knew God was still at work and something real special was about to happen. Yes, pastor was back on his makeshift bed in the church. After seeing the pastors determination to be apart of what God was doing was a real testimony to me. Dana really felt that the Lord wanted him there even though he was not able to move.

Crystal sang with a strong anointing on her, the songs God has given her are awesome. Someone described Crystal's songs as, simple yet profound. Simple to understand but with a profound message of God's redeeming love.

The Lord was in full control of the service we where just instruments in His hands. After Crystal sang I gave our family testimony of how God saved our entire family in 8 weeks because a little 6 year old came across the street to invite my little sister to Sunday school. I gave the Altar call and 5 children came forward to receive Jesus for the first time. They ran up to the front of the church.

I said look at this, how quick they respond to the free gift offered them. No social or physical barriers for them! They gave their lives to Jesus and eight more came forward, one women almost climbed over her mother to get to the alter, she was one we prayed for in the morning service. Now the altar is full with young and old first time believers and those who want to get their lives right with God and return to the center of His will. What a time we had! After prayer I'm heading to the back and turn around and people are praying for one another. People embracing each other in love and praying for one another. I thought, wow, could this be the start of a revival? The one woman we prayed for on Sunday morning that came back to the Lord Sunday night, her husband was not saved. The pastor got off his bed and went over to this man, Roger saw the pastor come to him and he broke down and cried like a baby, right there he accepted the Lord! What rejoycing that was! Then a family member came up to Roger (that just accepted the Lord) and embraced him. I was told later that there was unforgiveness and bitterness in the family and actually after Roger was saved a great reconciliation was taking place before our eyes. What a night! People continued to minister to one another for some time. Praise the Lord! What a day!

Something special is happening, the Lord is Blessing us with many souls. I asked the Lord if He was going to bless our ministry, would He please bless us with many people finding Jesus and Lord and Savior. Praise the Lord we are seeing our prayers answered! Keep on praying family, with every soul saved the coming of Jesus draws a little closer. It says in 2 Peter 3:11&12

" looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God" Looking is one thing but hastening is another, the word hasten is from the route word "pursue". Hasten implies: celerity of motion, quickness of action, to be urgent, swift to do, speedily, moving with alarm. My prayer for you is that you are looking for and Hastening the coming of Jesus..with an urgency!! Thank you for helping us to reach the lost! Let me say this again Christian!

THANK YOU FOR HELPING US REACH THE LOST. Think of a treasure that has been lost for a time and you just found it! What rejoicing! How much more is a soul worth and what a rejoicing in Heaven when one sinner is found and forgiven!!

Are we suppose to be here, no question. Winning souls for Jesus and just to be a part of this is such a privilege!!!

Praise the Lord! It's all Him, Praise the Lord!!

Bearers of Good News, Herb and Crystal.............we love you.

Merry Christmas!

October 10, 2003

Dear Friends,

Praise the Lord for He is good and holy! The Lord is doing a wonderful work. He is touching countless lives in a number of ways! We are honored to be part of what He is doing.

Who would of thought that Crystal and I would be doing this going on 10 years. That’s right, we are in our 10th year of this labor of love. To see the Lord save lives from impending doom has been a walk we will never forget. It has been and is a walk of faith that many understand and joyfully support.

Thank you for praying for us, for supporting us financially, for helping us to reach the lost all over North America and actually the world as Crystal’s music is played on selected radio stations world wide. This is a team ministry and it can only go in a forward direction as we all trust in the Lord and work together as a team to win the lost. These are the last days and we need to put our hand to the plow and do our best for God! We need to make the great commission our priority and passion in our daily walk with Jesus Christ and believe that the best is yet to come!!

We are in Iowa now and just finished a revival in Independence. Praise the Lord there were a number of people saved and many made refreshing commitments to Jesus.

There is a new family that has come to church recently with three precious boys. Bill, Roy and Everett. Bill is 8, Roy is 6 and Everett is 5. Get this! Bill and Roy put up their hands to rededicate their lives to Jesus and Everett made his first time commitment to Jesus. When the invitation was given they wasted no time to respond. It was powerful to see all 3 boys come to the altar. There were no barriers for them or worrying about what others would think. I put the mike to Everett and asked him, “What did you just do?” He responded in a little voice with great enthusiasm, “ I just asked Jesus to come into my heart.” Praise the Lord!! This is what it is all about!! Bill and Roy are telling everyone they want to be preachers when they grow up. I believe they are great evangelists already!! Their mom and dad, Roy and Teresa were smiling from ear to ear!! We need to be more like children. Isaiah 11:6…"and a little child will lead them." Wonderful!!

We have been busy almost every day since we left Canada and at almost every service we have seen people respond to Jesus and ask Him into their heart. At one cowboy church there were 8 new commitments and 20 rededications to our Lord and Savior.

We had one breakdown and the Lord put good mechanics in our path to fix the problem. I’m sure we are missionaries to mechanics. We minister in all denominations and we have had our motor home fixed in all kinds of shops too. One thing we know for sure is that everyone needs Jesus.

Kathy Simmons is our USA booking coordinator and she is doing a fine job. It is amazing to me where the Lord leads her to book us. Places where God has prepared hearts to receive the message God has given us. Where the Holy Spirit has drawn men, women and children into the presence of God to make life decisions. You have to be somewhat of an adventurer to do this because there are many places we have not been before and we have no idea what is in store for us when we get there. However there is one thing that continually brings us peace; it is that God has gone on before us and it is all in His hands.

--SOMETHING NEW---SOMETHING NEW--

For our Canadian friends we can give a tax receipt for financial gifts now. We have partnered up with a great church in Edmonton Alberta Canada. We have embraced their ministry and they have embraced ours. We are very blessed to be an extension of their ministry. Make your checks out to “Living Hope Christian Centre”

And when you send it just tell them it is for Herb and Crystal Taylor and or Crystal Clear Ministries. And they will see that we will get it ASAP. (Put a separate note in the envelope saying it is for us)

Edmonton Alberta, Canada T5W OW8 (780) 479-1973

For our US friends, at this time we can offer no tax receipt. However we believe that God can bless you in a way that will honor His promises. The fact of the matter is that you cannot out give God! Thank you for your faithful support.

Our next booking is in Dubuque Iowa this Sunday and just check out our web page schedule to see where we are going to be next.

This fall we have had some and still have major financial needs, motor home repairs, sound equipment replacement, CD duplication hardware and ongoing expenses. Please pray that God will release funds to meet our requirements. Also we would like to do a new recording in Nashville this coming year so please pray with us that this need can be met. The financial need is $15,000 to do a new recording. Crystal is getting closer to getting her new songs ready. Please pray that God will help her to finish up writing her songs to do the new album. Exciting stuff!!!

The most important need is for souls! Please continue to pray that God will bring people into our path that are ready to receive Jesus as Savior.

As we minister together to win the lost we need to remember;

2 Tim 1:7 “ For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Nothing is impossible for God and for those who trust in the Lord!!

Our heavenly Father has given us all the tools we need to complete the task He has given us. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15. We are not responsible for peoples' response but we are responsible to go and to preach. Please help us to continue to go and deliver a Crystal Clear Message of God’s redeeming love.

Love in Jesus,

Herb and Crystal...

Many souls were saved in our recent trip to the southern States in 2003 Jan.-June

Hundreds made fresh commitments to Jesus and we saw many people healed of a variety of ailments

Jesus is constantly changing lives for the best! Isn’t He wonderful!!!

After our revivals many churches experienced great growth in numbers and spiritual maturity

We made wonderful friends in our travels. God’s family is so special!!!

After prayer and fasting we experienced great breakthroughs in spiritual warfare

Zach our son is coming back on the road with us in approx. 6-8 months

Our motor home is running pretty good! Keep Praying (it needs some work before we hit the road in Sept. for our 10 month tour in the States)

Intercessory prayer has helped our ministry in the most wonderful way. God answers prayer!

We seen a number of older people saved this trip! 70 years of age and older.

We are still in fulltime ministry despite all the odds! Faith is powerful when you honor God! He provides where you least expect it!! Praise the Lord!!

DEAR FRIENDS

The Bible was written by men inspired by the Holy Spirit and is infallible, proven and alive. Changing countless lives by saving, keeping, healing, bringing hope to the least, the last, and the lost, delivering all who call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. God gives divine direction and power to live a life that reflects Jesus and a purpose to live in service for Him with Him and in Him.

Prophecy is unfolding before our eyes.

We are living in the last days. The message the Lord has laid on my heart is:

Get your house in order friends, Jesus is coming back soon!

Time is short and there is not much time left. It’s time to bring in the harvest. To take our focus off ourselves and put it on Jesus and to do our Fathers will.

Jesus had just ministered to the woman at the well. As the disciples approached Jesus the woman left her pot at the well to go and tell people in her city about the living water. (Jesus the Christ) The disciples asked Jesus about food and actually urged Him to eat. His answer was incredible: John 4: 34&35 Jesus said to them,

“ My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!

The woman came to the well because she was thirsty. Jesus knew she needed more than water to have life eternal. After talking with our Master she left what she thought was important when she came to the well (her pot to carry the water) and now her attention was fixed on Jesus and receiving Him and believing in Him she immediately became a missionary for Jesus and pretty well brought the entire city back with her and most of them became Christians. The disciples were concerned about food for Jesus. Jesus did not draw his strength from food but from doing the will of God.

In some cases we have lost our focus in serving the Lord. It has become a service of convenience and timing.

Some will only witness when it is convenient and others when it fits their time schedule. They were waiting for the harvest and Jesus said it’s now! No more excuses to wait, now is the time.

WE NEED NOT WAIT FOR ANYTHING ANY LONGER!

Lift up your eyes, LOOK! It’s time!!

Time for winning souls!! It’s not the woman that saved the city, she testified about Jesus and Jesus did the saving.

Every Christian needs to know that they are in fulltime ministry! At the point of salvation you are a missionary of Jesus Christ!

Leading people to Jesus just like the woman at the well did.

Crystal Clear Ministries is on a mission to win souls and by the power of the Holy Spirit we will do our best to do the will of God and to help light a fire under dormant believers to encourage them to get active in doing what God has called them to do.

What’s up now?

We are home for a short rest; Crystal’s voice specifically needs a rest. In the last months she has sung approximately 6,000 songs. We start our fall tour in Mid Sept. and are very excited what the Lord has in store. We are believing for the biggest harvest of souls we have ever seen.

Here is what the fall looks like so far: Check out the schedule on the web page. If you want us to come to your area, hit the link button for booking information. We will be home in Alberta next July and Aug. /04 and for the fall of 2004 as well.

Next year is our 10th year of being on the road with Jesus!!!

Next Oct.5, 2004 Keep it open for a big celebration. We will keep you posted on what and where it will happen.

Thank you for your prayers and financial support! Working together to win the lost is what we need to do.

This is His Ministry and He lets us help Him….Thank you Jesus!

So after looking and seeing that the harvest is now, go and do your fathers will and be fed.

Love and Prayers, Herb and Crystal Taylor (your partners in Jesus)

Prayer List:

1. For Crystal’s voice to be healed

2. To be rested up and spiritually charged up for the next tour

Dear friends and family,

Praise the Lord in the highest! He is so wonderful, faithful, true, dependable, countable, approachable and much more.

He came to save us, to give hope to the hopeless, a reason to live for people who have given up on life, He is our everything! I believe it, I preach it, and I want to live it. It's easy to praise the Lord when things are going well. Can we praise Him when we are down like we praise Him when we win? I believe when we praise Him regardless of circumstance or event is when strongholds are defeated in our lives and breakthroughs begin to come to pass.

We are experiencing something new in our ministry and lives here in AZ. We are hardly booked at all! Yet we seem to be busy and people are coming to Christ almost on a daily basis! Our finances are virtually none, however, God is making a way!

We just had a very fruitful Revival, and were asked to come to a house meeting. Just a bunch of Christians coming together to lift the name of Jesus. Two days before we came to our brother's house I met the next-door neighbor, we talked about where we are from and what we are doing here. The night that we came to the house meeting, I saw him with a friend in his garage drinking beers. I went into the house and we began to sing gospel songs. The Lord told me to get up and get out of the house and go and invite them to come over to our Jesus celebration. I was well received and we talked about the Lord for about 15 minutes and I did invite them to come over. They said maybe and I went back to the house and then Irene (our wonderful host) went over with some food and invited them again! They responded, If we come can we bring our beers?? She said yes and they came with their beers. What a night we had! The Spirit of the Lord was powerful. One of the men had some kind of Christian background and he began to ask for us to sing songs of his childhood. This Is The Day, What a Friend We Have In Jesus and so on. We did not know this man, he did not know us but God knew him and knew all about him and knew what he needed! He was just going through a very difficult time and said he thought of ending it all, had it all planned out how to end his life. After we sang for a couple of hours, some of us testified to him how Jesus had changed our lives and how God can change his. I had the privilege to lead this man to the Lord. The message here is get out of the house and safe place and go and reach the lost! Just like Jesus did. This last Sunday, we had church and it was a wonderful time lifting the name of Jesus and a number of people made commitments to give God their best! We went for a bite to eat after church and ended up talking with a man about the Lord! He came up to our table to say hello recognizing pastor and she asked him if there was anything we could pray for him and he said lots but left in a rush but as I looked out the window he came back running and came to our table sat down and began to pour his life out to us and right there in the restaurant and after we ministered to him, he made a fresh commitment to Jesus our Lord and Savior. Get out of the house and rescue the lost from the debts of hell. Lord help us get out of our safe and comfortable homes and churches to follow your lead in a labor of Love. To whom did Jesus minister to and where did He go? That's where I want to be.

What is going to happen today? It's my prayer that wherever we go that God will continue to bring people in our path that are ready to receive that new life that Jesus so freely offers.

Please continue to pray for us that we will remain focused on what God is doing and where we are supposed to minister. And not lamenting on our problems and needs, if our faith is to grow we need to take our focus off ourselves and put our focus and energy on Jesus and God promises He will take care of the rest.

This is new territory for us, but not for God!

Get out of your house and let the Lord lead you to someone who needs Jesus.

Love and Prayers, Herbie and Crystal

Praise the Lord!!
It's Saturday night and we are excited about tomorrow!! Hearts have never been so tender with the things that are happening in our world today! Now is the time to stand up and proclaim the gospel as never before. Jesus is coming soon!!! We expect great things from God everyday! Every service we have seen people coming to Christ! Instead of finding a safe place to hide in readiness for a possible terrorist attack, we need to bring eternal hope to many who are scared and horrified with the possible outcome of the warnings given daily.

Let's not be distracted with what might happen, let's hold on to the truth that God is in control and those who know Jesus will be saved and those who do not know Jesus will be lost for an eternity!!!! Brothers and sisters, live or die we have it made!!!

Yesterday the Country was on a red alert, today the color is orange. People are buying plastic and duck tape in hope to divert possible disaster. Man, we have so many holes in this motor home that taping this thing would be like trying to seal an old outhouse! Really, we as Christians need to be on red alert every day winning souls to Jesus. What is happening is helping increase my faith and I pray yours.

When we left Alberta we had just a few bookings and now we are booked till the end of Feb. Next Sunday we are in the largest Assemblies Church in Wyoming and then the following Wed. we start a 5 day revival and on we go!! Praise the Lord. If God can do this for us and open doors at the last minute, He can do much more for you! Both Crystal and I want to encourage you to put your walk with God in overdrive and go and make disciples!!!

Love and prayers, Herbie and Crystal ........partners with all who love the Lord and serve Jesus.

February 4, 2003

Dear Friends,

Praise the Lord! Happy New Year and a whole bunch more!! We have had such a wonderful time in ministry this last year (2002) and look forward to what God has for us today and this coming year!

Just before we tell you what's up real quick, here is just a short recap of last fall.

Earlier in the year we were in Newfoundland again and had our best tour there!! It is one our favorite places to go! Many services with many great testimonies of God's redeeming love and power. Some of our best services were in Stoneville, Morten's Harbor, Peterview and in the Northern Peninsula. Every service we counted a great blessing and are looking forward to returning there when the Lord calls us back.

Last fall we traveled across America and had many Revivals. We saw great numbers come to Jesus and we do count it a privilege to serve Jesus and to see Him change lives.

Even though we were in a number of States ministering we spent most of our time in the Far East, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York and such. Where we found the people very friendly and receptive to the Gospel. Our prayer was that God would bring people into our path that was ready to receive Jesus and Savior and He did!!

Our tour was so successful, that we are planning to go back this fall for 10 months starting in September of 2003 to June of 2004 Lord willing. If you would like us to come to your community please get a hold of Kathy Simmons on our booking link on our home page. She is coordinating all our meetings this fall and next year. Please pray for her; what she is doing is very important and very difficult.

We have had some trials and challenges however our God is strong and faithful. We have been rescued, provided for, enabled, empowered, sustained in the best way. God has put special people in our lives to come beside us to help us accomplish the task God has called us to. Our call is a team effort and we want to thank all those who have been and are part of the Crystal Clear Ministry team! Prayers, givers, encouragers, helpers of all kinds. Thank you!!

We are serving God on the Road because He wills it and we love to do it. Our family is fine, we know that God is able and is taking care of our friends and family while we are serving the Lord. We are happy to report that our first born, Herbie Jason is about to be married!! His bride to be is a beautiful woman and loves the Lord! We rejoice with them!! And are very excited.

They will be married on August 16, 2003 in Three Hills Alberta.

Our bus project is still a project that we are praying it will be completed soon. There are other pressing needs we have as a ministry however we know our God knows and we have confidence in Him and He will cause it to happen in His time. We will continue to focus on our Heavenly Father and everything will fall into place in His time.

I'm writing this letter from Red Lodge Montana, a beautiful little town next to beautiful mountains here close to the big city of Billings. We are off to Gillette Wyoming tomorrow and then on to New Mexico, Arizona and beyond to minister this spring.

Our First church on this tour was in Cutbank MT and we had a wonderful time! Two men found Jesus and Savior and in-between 30-40 people rededicated their lives to Jesus! The next day we had a wonderful time at the local Nursing home.

Then off to Bolder MT where we started the day off at a boys and girls home where they're there for a time to get a jump-start in life! There were 6 boys and 2 girls there. Great bunch of young men and women. God sees great potential in them and so do I. Crystal sang and the Lord gave me a good message. They all accepted Jesus as Savior!!!! Praise the Lord! What a morning God gave us! Please pray that they will grow in Jesus and that they will find great churches to attend when they find their way home. That other brothers and sisters will embrace them with love and acceptance. Then we went back to have Church with Pastor Joel at the Assemblies church and had a great service where the Lord challenged the brothers and sisters with expanding their faith and many answered the call. Then off to Butte MT to be with some very special people, Pastor Dennis and Barbara. There are many there that treated us like close family members. We were greatly encouraged. We had a wonderful service with them too; as a matter of fact it was Super Bowl Sunday! The Lord made many touch downs that day in saving a number of lives!!

Brother Steve Kincaid is booking us with some help of close friends interested in seeing the gospel move ahead in a forward direction. Please pray for them that they would have great success in following the Lords leading to have us minister where we need to be the most! To be the most effective in the right place and time.

Keep praying please, we are on a mission trip and the Lord is blessing what we are doing. The Holy Spirit is a work and people are coming under conviction, they are repenting and finding life through Jesus Christ! PRAISE THE LORD!

Many blessings on you and your call that God has given you and may your walk with God be one that continually changes your life so that many may see Jesus in you and that your life will point people to Jesus, so they might Confess-Possess-Profess as we all should. To God goes all the glory and honor!! Thank you Jesus.

Love and prayers and blessings unbroken, Herb and Crystal Taylor

October 12, 2002

Dear friends, The Lord is good and completely faithful and true!!!

I'm writing you from the beautiful State of New York in the Village of Stamford. We are into a 4-day 5 meeting Revival here and the first meeting we had was exciting!! There were 4 recommitment's to Jesus and we are expecting God to continue to bless and change lives. We left Alberta Canada on the 14 of September after having our best fundraiser yet!! What a wonderful blessing to see people excited about God's work. There are many who are in tune with God and seek to do His will on a continued basis. The Word says, "He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." Rewards comes in different ways; souls, great peace, assurance, health, prosperity, and so on.

We arrived in the States on the 15th of Sept. and almost every service the Lord has blessed with new converts and the children of God making fresh commitments to God! The fields are ready for harvest and God is bringing them in! Check out our schedule to see where we are going to be ministering in the future. We should be home by the 17 of Dec. and hope to work our way to Arizona in the New Year. Pray that this will all come together SOON.

Crystal is writing again and has many ideas for her new album. That is a need for the near future. Our bus in construction is still 2/5 done and we still need $100,000 Canadian to finish it. This is essential to do if we are going to remain on the road. Our Motor home needs to be replaced yesterday! And we also know God's timing is perfect!! The most important thing is that we are on the road now winning souls and encouraging the believers to get serious with God to do His work and get ready for the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

How can you directly help this Ministry continue to go and make disciples'?

1. Pray for us on a daily basis for

1. To be faithful to God

2. To be obedient to the Word

3. That our daily Bible readings would be rich and that our prayer life would expand and become more intimate with God.

4. To be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit

5. For strength to do what the Master requires of us

6. For save traveling, and breakdown free!!!

7. That God would bring people in our path that are ready to receive Jesus into their hearts

8. That we could be the best blessing that we could be wherever we go and minister

9. That our finances would be provided and that road stress would not hinder our ability to be effective ministers of the gospel

10. That the finances would continue to come in to build our bus for safe and dependable traveling to minister continually.

You can help us get into churches and events to present the Gospel.

· Talk to your pastor about having us come to your church

· If you know organizers of Jamborees, Fairs, Exhibitions, Rodeos, Camp Meetings, Revivals, Family Gatherings, Conventions, etc. Please present our ministry to them. Much more can be done when we work together in Unity as a team.

· Call your local Christian Radio station and ask them to play Crystal's music. If they do not have it they know how to get it!! Keep calling and she will be played on the radio.

· Ask you local Christian book store to carry Crystal's music to sell

· Buy our music and give it away as a ministry outreach tool

· You can give financially to our ministry to see that it continues.

· Tell your friends about our ministry

· Bring them to our services

· Encourage them to visit our web site

Another thing please pray for our booking coordinators they need much prayer for Godly determination and direction where we are to go and minister. It's not easy doing this and they need much encouragement and prayer. Our booking coordinator for the United States is Kathy Simmons. You can look on our web site and get all her information under the headings of Bookings. Our Arizona tour is being booked by Steve Kincaid It will go from the last week of Jan to the spring of 2003 his number is available through us. All other contacts other than the Spring tour will go through Kathy for the US and I do all of Canada at this time. All for Jesus!!!

Lord Bless you as you serve Him withal your heart!

With great love and affection, Blessings unbroken!! Herb and Crystal
